   “GANPATI FESTIVAL” SPECIAL TRAINS ON KONKAN RAILWAY

FOR ITS ESTEEMED & VALUABLE PASSENGERS

 In order to cater for the extra rush during  the ensuing Ganpati Festival – 2011 , Konkan Railway, in co-ordination with Central Railway, has introduced the following  Special Trains between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus  – Madgaon (Reserved Special)       for the convenience of  its most valuable and esteemed passengers. The details of these train services are as under:

Halts at:  The  trains  will  halt  at  Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed,  Chiplun, Savarde, Aravali Road, Sangameshwar, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Vilawade, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Nandgaon Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal,  Sawantwadi  Rd,  Madure, Pernem,  Thivim and Karmali stations.   The train will have 22 coaches with composition of Twelve Sleeper Coaches, Two AC III Tier, One AC II Tier, Five General, One SLR Coaches and One SLRD.
