2. Non-transferable tender documents containing detailed description of the schedule of work and other terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Sr.Regional Electrical Engineer, Konkan Railway Corporation Limited, KARWAR on any working day during office hours on payment of Rs. 1125/ - in cash, which is non-refundable. Request for tender document by post will not be entertained.
3. The offer should be kept open for acceptance for a period of 60 days from the date of opening of the tender. The tenderer shall submit their quotation in a sealed cover Super scribed as “ Replacement of earthing systems in Karwar region “.The offer complete in all respects, will be received up to 15:00 hours on 28/03/07 and will be opened at 15:30 hours on the same day in the office of Sr.Regional Electrical Engineer, Konkan Railway Corporation Limited, Karwar in the presence of tender(s) or their authorized representatives, who may be present.
4. Tender document are available for sale up to 12:00 hrs. on the date of tender opening.
5. Tender not accompanied by earnest money are liable to be summarily rejected.
6. Incomplete offers are liable to be summarily rejected.
