CALLING ALL GRADUATE CIVIL ENGINEERS OF JAMMU & KASHMIR

 

Konkan Railway is happy & honoured to execute the prestigious new Railway Construction project between Katra – Laole in Jammu & Kashmir.

 

We believe in transferring value to the valley. 

 

We plan to collect applications from groups of Civil Engineering Graduates, who are willing to come together to form their own company.  You do not need any capital except for a degree in Civil Engineering, but be domicile/born, in Jammu & Kashmir.

 

Konkan Railway will guide you to form and register a Consulting Company consisting of about 10 to 15 engineers.  We will train each engineer of the so formed company, while compensating for the work they would be doing on behalf of their newly formed company.  The compensation is paid through the company that they have formed.  Detailed terms and conditions will be explained in a brochure once you register your expression of interest in this venture.  We plan to float about 10 such Consulting companies. 

 

These companies will be given consulting work on contract basis once they are trained for project execution, supervising for Konkan Railway, earthwork, bridges, tunnels, buildings involving steel, pre-stressed concrete and heavy tunneling machinery on attractive contractual terms.  When the project ends these companies will be in a position to take off on their own with the rich experience gained.
