It has been decided to undertake upgradation work of replacement of existing PTFE (Free-end) bearing of steel girder spans of Zuari bridge between Verna - Karmali section and Mandovi bridge between Karmali - Thivim section in Karwar region. Repercussions to train services are as under:

1. Train no. 04695 Kochuveli - Amritsar Special journey commences on 10/11/2021 will be regulated between Udupi - Madgaon Jn. section for 180 mins.

It has been decided by South Western Railway to augment coaches on a temporary basis in the following trains to clear extra rush of passengers. Details are as under :

Train no. 01596 / 01595 Madgaon Jn. - Panvel - Madgaon Jn. Special : 

Train no. 01596 Madgaon Jn. - Panvel  Special will leave from Madgaon Jn. at 16:00 hrs on Sunday 07th  November 2021. Train will reach Panvel at 03:15 hrs on the next day.
